Davis Property Management is led by President Eric Davis, a native of Seattle. He began managing his first property at age 14, helping his father with his investments. His real estate career has included buying, selling and underwriting properties, which offers a unique perspective to buyers.

Eric founded Davis Property Management to offer investors an alternative to his high-priced competitors. He and his staff are driven to prove that property management in the Greater Puget Sound area can be performed with customer service at the forefront without costing a fortune.
