Davis Property Management (Eastside) strives to make the lives of our residents as easy as possible. That’s why we have instituted an online maintenance request form on our website. Tenants also can use their Portals to submit a request as well. Through this means, we can receive resident maintenance requests in a quick and streamlined manner.

Please provide as much detail as possible, so we can fully understand the situation. Do not forget to specify whether or not you would like us to enter when you are not home.

In some cases, we have found that repairs are necessary due to negligence or misuse of appliances. If we assess that this is the situation, we will still handle your repairs. However, you will be charged you for the cost of materials and labor. Please contact us if you have any questions about this policy.
